Returns & Exchanges

At Karen Wazen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original Karen Wazen protective case and boxing to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
